Our clinic’s statement
Our patient initially expressed satisfaction with the treatment in a five-star review. Following a subsequent complaint, X-ray images were requested for assessment. According to our clinic’s assessment, no issue relating to the zirconia crowns was identified in the images provided, and this assessment was communicated to the patient.
Our clinic considers that the assessments expressed in the latest review do not correspond with the available records and the findings assessed by the clinic.

I live in Latvia. I came to the clinic in May on the recommendation of Roman Logvin (who, as it turned out, is a paid advertiser for this clinic))). They fitted zirconia crowns for me and completed everything very quickly, in three working days. As it turned out, this haste had very bad consequences for me: my bite was not made correctly. I had a very hard time getting used to the crowns and often took painkillers to at least partially relieve the discomfort in my mouth. Now my gums have become inflamed as well.
I contacted the clinic for help, but they are asking for some kind of evidence of their fault. I have a five-year warranty for the crowns, but in this situation it has turned out to be just a piece of paper! I have been left alone with a problem that I have to solve by myself!
I do not recommend Healthio to anyone if you do not want to travel back for corrective work, after paying the clinic a substantial amount of your own money! Do not believe paid advertising. This clinic is not a place where you can entrust the health of your teeth!!!!

Я живу в Латвии,приезжала в клинику в мае-по рекомендации Романа Логвина (он как выяснилось проплаченнный рекламщик-этой клиники)))Устанавливали мне циркониевые коронки,-очень быстро всё зделали -за три робочих дня, и как оказалось торопливость закончилась для меня очень плохими последствиями-не правильно был зделан прикус, очень тяжело привыкала к коронкам часто принимала обезболивающие препараты -что бы хоть частично снять дискомфорт во рту, а на данный момент воспалилась и десна. Обратилась в клинику за помощью-на что они требуют какие то доказательства их вины (на руках есть гарантия на коронки на пять лет)-в данном случае оказалась просто бумажкой!Я осталась со своей проблемой которую должна решить одна !Никому не советую клинику Healthio, если не хотите ездить на переделки !За свои же немалые оплаченные деньги клинике!Не верьте проплаченной рекламе-эта клиника не то место где можно доверить здоровье своих зубов!!!!
